Hi! I’m Clair. I started this blog to coincide with my diagnosis of PTSD and PND as a result of birth trauma, in October 2012.
I love music, sunshine, running. I love my family and friends. I love my job. I like to write about it all.
If you came here looking for my birth story, I have taken it down (along with a large portion of my blog relating to care and PTSD) because it’s time to have a break from that aspect of my writing.
Have a great day xx
